Upgrade Your Phone System Without Starting From Scratch.

A structured migration path from any legacy PBX to a modern unified communications platform — designed to protect your existing hardware investment, keep your telephone numbers, and eliminate downtime during the transition.

Migration built around your timeline, not ours

Ripping out a working phone system and replacing it overnight is rarely the right approach for a live business. Our legacy migration methodology is phased — new infrastructure is installed and tested alongside the existing system, users are migrated in groups, and the old system remains operational as a fallback until the new platform is fully proven.

We support migrations from NEC, Avaya, Panasonic, Cisco, and other legacy PBX platforms currently in operation across Jamaica's business sector. Analog and digital gateways allow existing handsets and PSTN lines to connect to the modern platform, so you only replace what genuinely needs replacing — not everything at once.

What the migration covers

How the migration works

Audit and design

We document your existing system, design the new platform configuration, and produce a migration plan with a defined timeline and rollback procedure.

Parallel installation

The new system is installed and configured alongside the existing one. Call flows, extensions, and gateways are built and tested before any users are moved across.

Phased cutover and handover

Users migrate in groups. Training is delivered at each stage. Once all departments are live and confident, the old system is decommissioned cleanly.
