For managed IT, we can typically start monitoring and helpdesk within 5–10 business days of signing. Phone systems and cloud migrations are scoped individually — most small teams are live within 2–3 weeks.
Yes. Remote support covers anywhere in Jamaica. For on-site visits outside the Corporate Area, we schedule regular site days or arrange for on-site support as needed. Most issues are resolved remotely within the hour.
Our sweet spot is businesses with 5–150 employees. Smaller than that and some of our tooling is overkill; larger and you may benefit from a dedicated in-house IT team supplemented by us. We're honest about fit.
Managed IT and phone systems run on monthly agreements with 30 days' notice. Project work (migrations, deployments) is quoted per project. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in a multi-year contract.
