Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Infrastructure as Code, AI workflow automation, and cloud-first backup: a full cloud and AI integration service for Jamaican businesses ready to move faster.
Moving workloads to the cloud is straightforward. Getting real value from cloud infrastructure takes expertise: right-sized resources, automated deployments, secure configurations, and genuine cost control. Our cloud and AI integration service covers the full stack, from initial migration through to ongoing management and continuous optimisation.
We're cloud-agnostic. That means we deploy and manage workloads across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, whichever platform or combination fits your organisation's existing investments, vendor relationships, and workload requirements. We layer Infrastructure as Code and AI workflow automation on top so your infrastructure stays consistent and your processes get faster.
Virtual machines, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 integration, Azure Security Centre, and hybrid on-premise-to-cloud connectivity, designed, deployed, and managed by our team.
EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC configuration, right-sized for your workloads and managed with security and cost discipline from the first instance.
Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage, well-suited for data analytics, containerised workloads, and AI/ML pipelines using Vertex AI. We deploy and manage GCP environments with the same rigour as Azure and AWS.
OCI Compute, Block Volume, Autonomous Database, and OCI DevOps, particularly well-suited for Oracle ERP and database workloads that benefit from native OCI integration and Oracle's performance guarantees.
Migrate from on-premise Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP, or legacy hosted email to Microsoft 365: cutover, staged, and hybrid migration approaches available. No data loss, no surprise downtime windows. Includes security configuration, licence management, and user provisioning.
Extend your on-premise Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD): hybrid identity setup, password hash sync, single sign-on across cloud and on-premise applications, conditional access policies, and device compliance enforcement via Microsoft Intune.
Not everything belongs in the cloud. We design environments that place the right workloads in the right location: cloud for scalability and flexibility, on-premise for performance-sensitive or compliance-constrained systems.
Cloud infrastructure defined in code: Azure Bicep, Terraform (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI), or AWS CloudFormation, so every environment is consistent, repeatable, and version-controlled. No configuration drift, no undocumented manual changes.
Spin up a staging environment, a disaster recovery replica, or a new regional deployment in minutes rather than days, with infrastructure that scales with your project pipeline, not your manual effort.
Pre-hardened infrastructure templates that deploy with security controls, logging, and audit trails already in place, reducing the gap between "deployed" and "compliant".
Identify the repetitive, time-consuming workflows in your operations (data entry, document processing, approval routing, reporting) and automate them using Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or AWS Step Functions.
Extract structured data from invoices, contracts, and forms automatically using AI models, reducing manual data entry and the errors that come with it.
Connect your CRM, ERP, accounting software, and communication tools so data flows between them automatically, eliminating the manual sync work that slows your team down.
Automated daily backups of critical data (files, email, databases) stored in geographically separated locations. We verify restores on a regular schedule, not just backup job completion status.
A backup plan is not a disaster recovery plan. We document recovery procedures, test them, and give you a clear recovery time objective for every scenario, so you know exactly what "back to operational" looks like before you ever need it.
Cloud spend has a way of growing quietly. We audit your subscriptions and resource utilisation, right-size under-utilised instances, eliminate waste, and implement reservation or savings plan strategies, typically identifying 15–30% in savings for businesses without a recent review.
Cloud adoption in Jamaica has accelerated, but adoption and good cloud management are not the same thing. Many Jamaican businesses have moved to Microsoft 365 without fully configuring security, without proper backup (Microsoft 365 does not back up your data by default), and without a plan for what happens when files are deleted or accounts are compromised.
The other consistent issue is internet dependency. Cloud-first works well when connectivity is reliable. In Jamaica, that's not always guaranteed across all locations. We design environments with appropriate local caching and failover so that a connectivity disruption in Portmore or Spanish Town doesn't bring operations to a halt.
And for organisations ready to move beyond basic cloud adoption, IaC and AI automation are now accessible to businesses of any size. The question is not whether to automate, but which processes to automate first and which tools to use. That's where we come in.
What you have, what's backed up, what's not, what your connectivity looks like. No assumptions: we start from what's actually there.
Migration, backup configuration, access controls, and documentation, executed on a timeline that doesn't disrupt your operations.
Ongoing monitoring of backup jobs, licence costs, and security posture. Regular reviews to keep your cloud environment aligned with how your business is growing.
No. Microsoft provides infrastructure availability (they keep the service running), but they are explicit that data protection is the customer's responsibility. If an email is deleted or a file is overwritten, the retention period in the default configuration is limited. We add a proper backup layer on top of M365 so you have real recovery options.
Yes. We assess your existing cloud environment (resource configuration, security posture, cost structure, and backup coverage) and take over ongoing management. We often find significant cost savings and security gaps in cloud environments that were set up without dedicated cloud expertise.
We design backup schedules and local caching strategies that accommodate intermittent connectivity. Backups queue locally and sync when the connection is available, with monitoring to flag any gaps in coverage.
For email migrations (10–50 users), typically 2–5 business days of active work over a 2–3 week period. File migrations depend on data volume. We phase migrations to minimise disruption, so you don't go cold on the old system until we've confirmed the new one is working.
We'll include a review of your backup posture and cloud configuration, typically the areas with the most quick wins.
