Common questions

Can we buy hardware without a managed IT contract?

Yes. One-off procurement and configuration is available as a standalone engagement. Ongoing lifecycle management and monitoring is a separate service — we'll explain both options and let you decide what level of involvement makes sense for your team.

What brands do you supply?

We supply Dell, HP, and Lenovo from their business product lines — not the consumer or retail ranges. These lines have proper warranty structures, BIOS-level management features, and are designed for business environments. We don't supply hardware that isn't appropriate for a business setting.

Do you handle warranty claims?

Yes. We manage the warranty process with the manufacturer on your behalf — logging the claim, coordinating the repair or replacement, and following it through to resolution. You don't need to navigate manufacturer support channels yourself.

Can you refresh our whole office at once?

Yes, and we usually recommend a phased approach for larger rollouts. Staggering the deployment lets us maintain productivity — staff keep working on their current machines until their replacement is ready to hand over directly. We've done same-day refreshes for small teams and week-long phased rollouts for larger ones.

Do you supply networking hardware too?

Yes — switches, access points, routers, firewalls, and cabling are all within scope. Network hardware procurement is typically handled as part of a broader infrastructure project, but we can supply standalone networking components as needed.
